Argument over on CSOC as to whether this is in fact filler, or stone chip.

Someone bought a shitty RB painted rep and has found a big dent in his sill after removing the side skirts.

Someone was arguing with me that it's infact 'stonechip' and he knows best because he's a panel beater. Just doesn't look that way to me.

  A special one.
The 2nd, 3rd and 4th pictures are factory underseal.

How the hell you get a stone chip in the door shut?

That's factory underseal? The beige filler looking stuff? Looks like it's been applied on top of the factory underseal/stonechip though?

That is 100% factory underseal.

The factory use a rubberised product that the stones bounce off of, it's not like the standard black stuff you can buy in the shops.

When I worked on Porsches we used a 3M rubberised stone chip for the fuel tanks on the older 911's because the lower part of the tank was exposed to the underside of the car.

Last thing you want is a stone punching a hole in the tank.

looks like a normal clio thats been dented then siliconed or filler based product to stick on the side skirts?

I see no cracks for it to be filler under the paint, just paint on the seals and what promises to be a complete pile of s**t
