just found this on youtube after trying to find a dumb valve for my car. the his sounds pretty good its that or the forge split r but here it is don't know if he's on here...

don't know mate. i just want to know the fittings don't want to buy the wrong one... found 1 on ebay i think from the video, it just needs a 25MM adapter????? :S

I believe dumb valve is correct in this case.

Anyway, on topic- I can't see the video because I'm at work but I remember Ktec's Twingo GT having one on it. Not loud enough that you can hear it outside and it be embarassing but you could just about hear it in the car and it was pretty fun.
 
Why stop at a dumb valve, get yourself a duck valve

Bonnet bras on mk3's Look retarded and are kinda defective.... Surely the bit between the diamond and the bonnet would take the most chips.

Either way, why don't you pm the guy on YouTube? Ask where he got it? Although he seems like a tw*t because that video had so much unnecessary images of the thick valve.

(has been out the box a couple of times) and i have fitted it to the universal bracket (flange) with the intention of fitting it to my Megane but sadly sold the car before i came round to fitting it. Has miner scratch where i fitted it to the bracket
Comes with a universal flange and universal fitting bracket to fit many car makes and models including subaru impreza classic and a Renault Megane Sport 225/R26.R26R
Only selling as I have sold my Megane and never got to put it on.

The good thing about the TCE lump is that you can put two of these dumb valves, sounds epic. They also do a numpty valve for these too which goes just beofre the turbo to up the boost a little, do a search.

You'll have honeys just dripping with please at the roadside.
 
I thought numpty valves are now discontinued for being thicker than dumb valves? Too thick to work on a clio iirc?

They brought out a newer all improved model that will compliment both the bumb and duck valves.
 
what you can have 2 dumb valves :s will there be enough pressure to make both work. what u recon if the his dumb valve is okay you think its a good idea going for that one or can you link me to a wed site for something else? thanks
 
I have a dumb valve for each cylinder on my car. Sounds awesome as they all fire at different times, and in all different directions.
 
a lad used a modified hose kit and added a dump valve from a focus RS, worked fine but sounded stupid in such a small car :S
 
How many dumb valves can you fit to the stupid end of a F4R.
 
That might be a poultry valve you have there, sounds like one. RUK fitted some as standard.

nope it was round my local maccies ;)

cost 80 quid for the custom hoses and 60 quid for the front mount to go with the hoses (all off ebay), he just measured up and cut the hoses to size and then orded the right elbows to make it all fit nice.
dump valve was fitted to a T shaped hose with a reduced size on one exit to mount it in.
 
sounds alright I'm not really a diy guy when it comes to the engine lol if its cosmetics ill give it a go but wouldn't know where to start on measuring and cutting hoses etc. lol anyone good at these things live near nottingham :D cash on the side lol
 
no seriously, lol keep your brainy ideas to urself I've already got a stainless system sounds great :) no need for buckets :nono:
 
ok. anyways the post wasn't to my exhaust louder, it was for me changing my turbo because it sounds warn out apparently. any me knowing nothing about them wanted advice about that.

dude get one of them turbos from ebay.. think they are like £20 and give you 20bhp + boost.. awesome.. ive got one on my 50cc moped.. does 0-90 in about 3 secs no lie
