always a bit suspicious with these mate, try celtic tuning or angel tuning. both will come to you and get you some impressive gains. wont make a difference to sound tho. sorry cant be any more help.

Use a PRO tuning company as you get VFM and customer service, if something goes wrong you can take the car round too be looked at, or if a new map/chip comes out you may get a discount as you got the old one from them!

I have Angel Tuning coming to do my Clio on Saturday chap sounds like he knows his stuff and has promised id be impressed

Is it for the Golf or the Clio S14A? I first had a 172 Mk1 and sold it for a 150 PD TDI. They chipped it upto 202. I can say I was impressed, but the cludge started slipping. They tuned it back to 188 and that was way too slow. And when it rained, it spinned so hard, a 50hp car could have beaten me. Sold it again to buy a 182, but again, loved the 172 above all others!
