They are worth the money if you like/prefer N/A compared to boost. Fitting a decent set of uprated Camshafts will compliment them nicely, just don't go for a too wild cam as it will affect drivability.
ITB's are very reliable if you don't go silly with the Rev limit, and with a decent set of camshafts and decent map can see up to 200/210bhp and a nice torque increase if done right.
On a standard engine there are a few variables i.e timing, (different rolling roads) and other things that can affect the power you will gain from itb's, you might find that you struggle to reach 200bhp even with bodies on a standard engine. But nevertheless it WILL improve the power/torque all the way through the rev range greatly and will feel much more drivable low down. hope this helps
