ITG panel fileter for clio 182

ive had my clio 182 for 2 weeks now and bought a itg panel filter about 5 days ago. now im sure its not as fast as it used to be at the 5000 rev kick, or am i just getting used to the car now??

Erm not quite sure how to answer. I've had my 182 5 weeks aswell now and also have an ITG panel. No major differences but they are the best panel filter around IMHO,shouldn't in anyway decrease performance over standard paper filter.

I've just fitted one today but haven't yet had the chance to try the car out properly.

more power mid range hence less of a kick when it comes on cam?
I have an itg filter too and kinda know what you mean.
You'll find you get less of a kick at 5k rpm when i've got the ESP switched off, presumably because it's "interferring" slightly.
