It's been a while since I last posted pics of my Clio so I think its time for an update... Probably not to everyone's taste but still.

Excuse the blue, I wanted a black pipe and filter but couldn't find any for a reasonable price.

Yes, I know I need alloys...

I am tempted to get a new number plate soon that doesn't have mouldy crap and an ugly border around it.

Get a nice set of legal pressed plates, some nice F1 alloys then you can't go far wrong, looks in reasonable condition!

I find it hard to see what you have done except remove the hub caps and fit a blue induction kit? Has potential.

There's a 172 kit? I wanted 172 bumpers when I first got it and it turned out that I would have to change the wings as well which is even more hassle...

Sunstrip and tints cost me less than £20 as they were done myself... as for the dent though, I have tried removing that but the boot is double skinned making it awkward to get to, even when I did get to it, I managed to get a slight dent out but the paint started coming off as well...

A new boot lid would probably only be about £40 or so from a breakers.. it's just finding the right colour, i guess. Painting would cost a fair bit!

What about some Phase 2 rear lights? Colour code it? Dynamique alloys? Cheap mods go a long way!

As for the boot lid... green seams to be a rare colour, I found one on ebay before but it was half way across the country and £50 plus £40 postage.

Im not really too keen on the Ph2 lights, they look good on Ph2s but look odd on Ph1s. Again not to everyone's taste but I was just after smoked black standard ones as my original theme for the car was black and green.

Hmm, I may look into that then.

Yeah, black and green. Black sunstrip, black window tint, black badges and eventually black alloys... I also liked the idea of a black roof at one point.

As I said green is a hard colour to find for spares I just did a quick ebay search and out of hundreds of boot doors, none of them are green.

I quite the OZ F1s or turinis (they look pretty much the same), but like I said they will be painted black anyway.

Haha, although they may look ok painted black I have always thought they looked a little too boring, unlike turinis which stand out really well.

Still a good price though...
