I cannot wait! I was going to do it at 8am this morning, but i would get taken the pee out of!

agreed, ive been desperate to clean mine! its not the snow thats been the main problem here as it hasnt snowed in days, its just the fact that its so damn cold, ive heard its not good for the paint to wash it when its too cold?

Oh you can wash with this temperature, just don't use super-hot water and don't leave the water on the car for 10 minutes before you try to dry it. And make sure that you remove all that dirt in a safe way, try to hose the car off before starting or even better, use a snow foam gun.

Why, it's not sub zero!! 60 degree's pre wash is fine as is a hot (to the point you can put your hand in it) soapy water?!

Same here, i took it to the jet wash yesterday to hose it down - it was practically white with all the salt thats been on the roads lately

I wasn't advising the OP on how to wash, beng-120 said it might be too cold so thats what i replied on ;)

And you can better use cold water instead of hot water when you have freezing temperatures. One is that the temperature-shock is not that high, second is that hot water freezes up earlier than cold water does.
