I've raped my 182 in Clay!! - 56k Warning!!!

Well ... As today was an excellent day...

I decided to wash, quick clay and wax ;)

Before Clean ( sorry, not that dirty :( lol)

All I can say is... If you haven't quick clayed your car yet.... DO IT !!!

The finish is WELL worth the effort and time :D

Tar remover would be better, clay does lift but it takes some damn hard scrubbing to get it to come off. The result is well worth it though ;)

so what benefit does the clay actually give you then??? as your paint is relatively new.

You get un-moveable dirt all over your car that a standard wash won't remove. The clay removes blemishes and stubborn dirt particles.

4 hours!!! :D

40 minutes to wash, 2 hours to clay and the rest to wax ;)

I tried Clay for the first time today. All I can say is if you haven't bought some already GO AND GET SOME! It's amazing stuff!

Looks stunning will have to wash mine some time.
Its only been washed by Renault last night and looks dirter now that your did before you washed it.

What clay did you use? I need to clean my car but i have some hairline scratches that i want to remove so i might polish instead.

looks good ,do you know of any product that will remove splashed cement from paint work (the cement is dry now)?

Cars looking good though. Thought you were gonna loose those lights ages ago! What happened to the standards you took off it?
 
I dropped one and cracked it :cry: and the other I sold as I didn't have a set plus they were taking up space..

It's ok though, I think I might have got some more :D
