Janspeed 172 sports cats

Just saw these in a magazine last night. They reckon (of course!!) that they are virtually as good as no cat (in terms of power increase/flow through)

£275 though! Still, If my Cat even goes I would rather buy a sports cat than a renault one. Got a funny feeling that the cat setup is different for Mk1 172s though

the MK1 has a single lambda twin element cat after, much better than the sing cat used on MK2s which have twin lambdas. The swap to single element cat is simply for qicker warmup times to meet the stringent no warmup period EURO 3 spec emissions.
