Looks really good, I think it just about carries off the carbon bonnet.

Do me a favour would you, where you posted the link earlier to where the Trophy boot spoiler came from, i'd be interested in buying one if you can verify the fit is good. I have a replica one on mine, but if you look along the leading edge of the spoiler when you open the boot, it ever so slightly rubs the roof on a 2" section and scrapes the paint. Its not really noticable unless you look for it, but it bugs me....its like a flaw in the mould they were made from that has that bit raised 1 or 2mm more than the rest of the lip. I've seen two others with the same copy spoiler with the same problem in the same place.
If i could get a non-catchy one, i'd happily ship it from the land of the rising sun.... being of that age group the opportunity to "overnight parts from Japan" would be too much to resist haha

The fitment on mine is great, the leading edge doesn't catch on the edge of the roof.

With the trophy spoiler you should run the BMW 1-series bonnet struts to avoid the top of the spoiler touching the roof when fully open.

Or just fit the Ph2 boot struts.

What do people think of it out there?

People love them but are a little shocked at the price. People in Canada can be sooo cheap lol

At the shows people comment lots about how it's their favorite car on display and are excited to see one in person.

Added onto the list of cars I have to own; V6 Clio.

Looks great, nothing like a rare car!

Keep the carbon bonnet - I think it adds to the car.

So after 7.5 years of ownership and 7,000km added to the old girl - It is overdue a cambelt, so that is one of my winter maintenance activities.

Hopeful to chip away at it over a few weeks and should have the locking tools arriving in a week or so. Have some other items to address like a coolant flush, oil change, starter motor replacement and a couple of other items.

A small start...

@E11OOT - have you had the uprated coil packs fitted to this as well? I got to be a dab-hand at swapping out the standard ones on a Phase 2.

Seems to be an integral part of V6 ownership!
I swapped the OEM ones out when I got car when I did the first service. Keep a couple of the OEM ones in the glove box just for longer trips.
