Jenvey itb manifold mismatch

Got a megane itb manifold from Jenvey for my rally engine so I can run a new induction set up but fitted it tonight and the mis match port to manifold is very poor. To make it work I would need to mod the ports in areas and the manifold in others. Even the casting hasn't fully clean up on the mating itb surface. Not impressed.

I had similar with Clio one, I port matched everything inc the ITB's to manifold and opened out my 45mm parallel ITB's to a 48mm x 120mm trumpets.

Is your manifold the type with o-ring on the mating face? Also why didn't you use the manifold from Mark?

No orings. Engine is a megane f7r so manifold different.

The guy you bought the ITB's from?!? If you plan to match it you need a very thin pencil grinder to get in about, I got fed up after a while tbh.

Edit: I'm thinking this is for a Clio. Yeah Jenvey's stuff still has sand casting marks on them, they do offer CNC gasket matches etc from factory if you can't manage yourself.
