Jimmy's Iceberg 172 Project

First off I did have a 1.4 16v 5dr clio for about 2 years which I done a few cosmetic mods on such as. Stickers, Alloys, Roof spoiler and side skirts. Unfortunatley one night on my way home from work an old lady decided to pull out infront of me by cribbs causeway. My car ended up looking like this.

After that I decided to get Clio Sport 172.

The first thing i decided to do was change all the light bulbs inside and out to ice white and change the side repeaters to clear as i had no money left for anything else after spending over £3,000 on insurance

A Few weeks later i decided to tint my rear side windows. (Which i still need to re-do)

I then stuck on a Sticker in between the two windows on the door pilar to make it look like one big window. I decided it looked rubbish and threw it in the bin.

I then got a little bit obssesed with sticker bombing and decided to do a whole roof spoiler which I used about 3 cans of lacquer on.





I may have done a small bit of sticker bombing inside to.

Love your use of logic, I've just smashed up a 1.4 now lets get a 2.0...Spoiler is horrific, the car was nice when you first got it but I'm not sure this is going to end well. Good luck either way.

Thanks for comments so far. Ive only posted about 2 months worth of mods but ive owned the car for almost 1 year now. Just for the record I removed the roof spoiler about a month after poutting it on lol. But yeh i cant be bothered with this anymore as all ive ended up doing is what pretty much every one else tends to do to 172's. eg: lowered, front splitter, 2.5 inch hidden exhaust, painted brake calipers and tidied under the bonnet. i will probs do a couple more bits like carbon wrap the fog pods and whack on a strut brace, but i think thats pretty much it for now.

Just a clear cable tie around the grille support or wateva next to it. So it would probs rip the front end of me car off if it was pulled by it.

The sticker bombing takes away from the nice clean looks of the car standard, such a shame, oh well...
