Just £200 to spend on an old Clio

I've picked up an old Clio Mk 1 1996 12 month MOT for a good price. I have £200 left - what should I get to make it my own? Considering it will probably be scrapped in year or two : ( , what would be the best way / worst way to spend my money - bang for buck?

K&N air filter (& remove resonator for sound ) - £50
Lowering springs (3cm) - £40 + £20 fitting
Decals and sport badge - £30
2nd hand alloys - £200
Under / In car lighting - £100
Bucket seats - £200
Top quality oil / radiator chems / petrol treatments / new battery / sensible stuff - £100

I already have great ICE / stuff that can be moved to my next car, but would like to treat my old Clio to the last of my pocket money. What makes the most difference for the least amount of money?!

Strip the interior and get some decent springs.

What makes the most difference for the least amount of money?!

New gearbox/engine oils (use decinet stuff) new brakes fluid also chnage the calipers for Valver/Williams/Mk2 phase 2 259mm brake setup then see whats worn and replace that.
