Just fitted my dual optice :D

Just got chance to fit my RS 1 dual optic headlights today, am well chuffed with them, look so much better

Quality is a bit rubbish due to my camera phone. Also cheers to shaun (The Big Yin) for the help on fitting them :D

Cheers mate, they are much better than the standard ones, came with silvervisions too, bargain.
 
Yeah it went fine mate, thanks for the instructions, managed to get a few cuts on my hands, but worth the trouble.

I also managed to loose one of the screws, so need to pick me up one of them (any ideas)

I will, need to still my mums digital camera, lol
 
I'll double check in the garage and se if i have any lying around , what size approx was it - Told you aswell to watch out for the screws tut tut
I did forget to tell you you would cut your hands , not much room to work with
 
Its one of the ones that screw the bottom brackets of the lights in, i dropped it, then found it, then dropped it again and lost it, lol, Blo*dy things, lol.

Not much room at all, tighter than a ducks as*, lol :D

i have a Mk1 172 rear bumper for £20 if you want it?
 
so much better, its a must mod for people with the sh*te lights, got that 172 spoiler fitted yet mate?
 
Yeah the spoiler is fitted and im getting it re-sprayed soon-ish because the colour is slightly different, but still looks good...

I will be getting some better (not by much) pictures up in a minute.
 
Carbon is the rear bumper any different to what i have at the moment, what silver is it?

I will, they dont look too bad, haven't been flashed, but think they may need to be looked at.

They look too clean for the car at the moment, did you manage to find a screw Shaun?
 
They look fantastic mate, I also bought a pair and planned to fit them ASAP. Problem is the dou optics have different wiring to the old lights I have at the moment. Any chance you could offer some advice on how you got yours done?

Kenny & Yeeron - i was extemely lucky with these i bought them off Shaun (The Big Yin) and he had adapted the rear loom so they plugges straight in, might be an idea to give him a PM, top fella!

Yeah so much better. Are they brighter than standard as well? My car came with them and Ive always been quite impressed with the brightness!
 
Definitley, the standard ones are poo, the small dome shaped thing that looks like a xenon, what exactly is it for, just to do diffuse the light or something?
