K&N for the clio197

had the protertype k&n fitted today,sound really good and sims to have better throttle response,i will upload some photos so you can see it on the car.

I also have a 57i kit for the 197 if any body wants to make me an anoffer, you will be the first person to have one as it is not on sale as yet.

Possibly the worst place you could mount an open filter!

it is not an open fillter it is enclosed and the inlet pip go down the back so lets cold air into the filter.

Is the acoustic valve still connected on there?

if you mean how it sounds it is a nice sound not to load but makes peaple look when you go past.

I think the proper name is inlet solenoid valve. Anyone confirm this?

had a blast in the car today go's great and sounds even better.sims to pick up a lot quicker then it did and the jumping when cold has gone as well it's all good so far.

still have the k&n 57i kit for the clio 197 its brand new and you will be the 1st to have as there are not on sale till may it will cost £90 when it comes out i want £80 so pm and let me know.
