K-Tec 182 Exhuast Fitment

Hello all

I purchased at 182 a few months back with a newly fitted K-Tec sports exhaust, apparently one with an additional silencer in the center section.
Anyway, it was blowing slightly which I assumed was from a bad fitment and a load of exhaust putty being used.
I went to have it sealed for the second time at RS Murray Senior in Leeds and they noted on my invoice that if it blows again I may need a cat fitting kit that this type of exhaust usually needs.

It’s blowing again so I checked out the K-Tec site but cannot see a fitting kit.
Does anyone what fitting kit they may have meant?

Cat to manifold kit, message west renault on here they will sort you out

I think the exhaust is a cat back one, and appears to be blowing where the cat joins to the exhaust.
It surprises me the kit is for the other side of the cat.

I messaged West Renault but didn't hear back, I suspect I am being a bit of a numpty. I've never done any work fitting an exhaust before.
Can someone confirm if this cat to manifold kit is also for the cat to center section pipe?

manifold to cat is the braided metal washer with bolts mounted in springs.
cat to centre originally is a a clamp which goes over the ends of both pipes...like this

thats as much tech knowledge i have at the minute.

I spoke to K-Tec and there is no special fitting kit from the CAT to center exhaust section.
I'm going to take another look in my lunch hour as to where it is blowing from. I guess if it is from where I think it is probably the CAT blowing.
