Kangoo van blue smoke!!

Hi all
I have a kangoo van 1.5 dci 70+ 64000 03 plate it smokes (blue) when you start it up and smells really bad its burning alot of oil! i get puffs of blue smoke coming out when i pull off and when accelerating but it seems to clear when the engine is warmed up! its had a recent service X4 new injectors and they been coded, A new Egr valve! I know its quite common on this model but has anyone solved the problem?

Took it to the local garage he said it mite be the seal in the turbo so you could be right there! when i got to work this morning there was oil dripping out the exhaust.
