kenwood vs jvc

ive had mixed reviews on both makes, both offer the same thing for the same sort of money, so which is better value, quality and best to get

im getting mp3 HU and mp3 changer

discuss

cheers

Jay

as you may have noticed, i have been debating on 2 headunits,

Kenwood 9527 and JVC 701.

The JVC looks good, but as it is, kenwood has the better insides!

Within the week, most likely tomorrow, i will order my Kenwood headunit!

I would say Kenwood.

dangermouse-cud u let me kno ur opinion, as thats the model i was gona get over the 7027, cos it had something better but cant remember exactly at this moment

where did u get it from and how much?

cheers

Jay

Go for Alpine instead.

I used to swear by kenwood stuff but their quality has really gone downhill.

alpine on there the ones i like are still more expensive than the kenwood and jvc ones i like, and particularly with the changer, u get less for more money

Yeah they are more pricey, but they are quality!

kenwood and jvc = sh*te (unless you spend mega money)

my 450 included HU + changer +adapter

i want a changer as i have more than 1 mp3 cd-i dont stuff as much on as poss i catagorise it so i usually have 100-200 songs on a cd

can u change the colours on the alpine display? some have red/blue etc, the one i like i dont like the colour which is a small thing but i like things to match

forget that then, even on the 2004 models? u have to have 9831 to colour change?

that sucks, 9827rr is only option, hmm, have to think
