Knackered top mounts knocking, are they doing damage?

My offside top mount is knocking really badly. Got a whole lot worse yesterday. If I continue driving it will it cause damage to anything?

I've got solid tip mounts ordered from pure Motorsport but their answering machine says that they are on holiday until Monday.

Don't know if it'll do damage but you can probably put a washer(s) between it to stop it from knocking until you get the top mounts.

Mine knocked for about 6 months and did a track day, and now I've got the PureMotorsport solid mounts. There was absolutely no damage when I swapped them. Just very knackered standard top mounts!
