Knock from suspension after spring change

I changed a front left spring the other day due to it being found broken on the MOT. It now occasionally has a deep knock (spring sounding knock "donnggg") when turning fully. The car is pulling to the left/right. When the knock occurs it will pull to one side and then pull to the other if it knocks again. I can't figure out what's gone wrong! It's a standard sized spring not a lowering spring.

I'd of said its not in the correct position in the seat.

I had another look and I had somehow placed the top mount bearing on top of the bush as opposed to underneath it :banghead:. All fine now!
