Knocking noise in 1st & 2nd, which mount?

Ive a slight knocking noise when pulling away in 1st and 2nd,

which mount is it likely to be?

upper gearbox or the dog bone.

car has 70k on clock and i reckon both are originals.

which would be the likely culprit, or what are the symptoms of each wearing out and il try and diagnose

Id go for the dogbone mount, polybush it and that should cure it

Upper gearbox mount, Could be engine mounts aswell, Both cause the exhaust to rub the subframe.
