Knocking noises

hey all

not sure if its a comon problem on 172's and searched a few but no answers that i can really be confident with

my ph2 172 has a weird knocking noise when coming on or coming off speed bumps or going over some bumps in the road, its lowered on v-maxx coilovers but wasnt sure if this was a common problem with lowering a clio

does anyone know what it could be

sounds like top mounts, if you have collies solid top mounts my be the future.

ideal, where can i get some of them from?

Solid top mounts you can get from K-tec, Kam racing etc, there is a group buy on AST's iirc have a look in the parts for sale section.
