Knocking on acceleration

I recently had a powerflex twisted dog bone mount fitted and since then when accelerating above 3k revs in 1st and 2nd there seems to be quite a loud knocking noise. Was just wondering if this is the norm the car is fine under acceleration and normal driving otherwise

Usually a sign of wear in the 2 other mounts. I replaced my upper gearbox mount and this has sorted it
