Knocking when going over bumps

Noise is coming from rear o/s and sounds exactly the same as when you driver over cats eyes at speed. Does this even at low speeds. Standard cup shocks and -40mm springs fitted. Any ideas?

Could be strut top mounts?

I had a knock on my 182 when i 1st got it it also was from the rear and only happened when i whent over bumps even at slow speeds so i took it to renault and it turned out to be the parcel shelf lol

Top mounts tightened up properly?

checked parcel shelf and def not that. checked top mounts and they are tight.
