Koose trim after windscreen replacement

The trim that sits accross the bottom of the windscreen and sits over the wipers seems very lose, is it supposed to be bonded to the screen?

Noticed at each end there is a cut out in the trim with a hole in the wing as though something is supposed to fasten in there, if so does anybody no the part number so I can get some more, will try and get some pics up later on.
