I had the same problem when fitting mine...

Replaced both exhaust mounts?
Cable ties on the rear mount to lift it up?
Wheel nut thing underneath the rubber on the rear mount (cable tied in)?

I help fit one of these on smitchell1's car. The clamp on the rear backbox which wraps around it, must be stupidly tight or it sag's like shyt. You need to push the backbox up with a jack, then tighten it up that way. That solved the issue for us. If you've done that then new hangers will be your next bet.

K-tec zorsts are heavy, the rear mount needs to be bodged, get either some sockets cable tied in or some strong rubber in under there basically just to pack it.

cheers guys yeah replaced the bolt for the clamp around the rear backbox for a fully threaded one so it actually tightens up lol got it up there now could do with a few more adjustments but ill sort it also got a ford escort exhaust mount which is thick bit of rubber so probly just wedge that in underneath which will help thanks anyways :)
