Lacquer after polishing?

  Never above 25mpg
Just started doing my front bumpstrips and the lacquer reacted due to the cold of the garage (not the paint not drying this time  )

So I was wondering whether after it's polished to bring the lacquer to a good finish whether you could re-lacquer over the top of the polish without it reacting or without it cocking up...?

Reacted in what way? Clear coat tends to cloud when its cold, but usually dissapears when dry?

Well sort of patchy with a sort of "oily" effect when tilted in the light but completely dry. Disappeared after polishing but I didn't and don't wetsand the paint layer.

As for your problem try wet sanding it a lil with something like 3000 and give it another coat see if that lifts it if not time to re do

You wet sand in between the thin coats of the basecoat, but not the last coat before applying the Clearcoat. Yes? :)

The polishing seems to have either got rid or covered up the patchiness so just means I'll be polishing alot I guess ;)!!
