Laguna Throttle Body on Clio 1.4

does anyone know which Laguna throttle body fits onto the 1.4RT Clio

i think its a 1.8/2.0 SPi, what engine is it from ?

i wanna try an find one at the scrap yard......

Its from the 1.8 I think but I dont know what year. I would have thought any 1.8 SPi engine from Renault would be suitable. I dont think its a straight swap though, I think youve got to modify the inlet manifold but I could be wrong.

Yeah you need the inlet manifold modifying.

Brun, i nearly did that exact mod but got a wage increase and bought a valver. Anyway it is not hard to do, it is a 1.8 SPI throttle you need and the inlet manifold just needs bored out a small amount, it was going to cost me £20 at my local engineering place to have it done.
