but what difference would this lambda make?
also car has sat for 4 months then only done maybe 3 miles before mot was carried out so been told this could be a factor and it mite b ok by the time its back to mot,any1 any ideas??

Don't be a tight arse with lambda sensors. If you get a good fresh one in there, the cost of it is soon repayed in the fuel it saves you.
Buy NGK if you can (if it's available) if not go for a bosch. Make sure it's the correct sensor for your car.

yea ill have to be getting a new lambda for my car,my other power steering pump from my crashed clio, but can i do the power steering pump and use the aux belt thats already on?
im needing a few belts maybe done at this time as the cars got 81k and no service history so if doing powersteering pump i may as well try to afford the aux, timing belts and cambelt but thats 3 belt kits i need to find,
only got powersteering to work constantly and lambda sensor for my mot,
well tell a lie i need to get 2 sidelight bulbs, but i have noticed that my drivers side sidelight wires and connector has had a incident with one of the belts as its chewed and melted
