Laptop Spec Advice?

When it comes to laptops my knowledge isnt the greatest just thought i would post the spec of one im looking at to see if anyone could take a glance at it and see if its much cop? and if it is how much would it be worth?

i'd say £160

obviously keep in mind you can pick dual cores up now for like £300

Not much. New HP ones of similar/better spec are £350 all up with XP Pro and a DVD+/-RW drive.

I would never have a laptop using a P4. I've been there before. They generate massive heat and the HSF are extremely noisy. Definitely look at mobile processor. A good dual core mobile CPU will smoke any Pentium 4 anyway, and won't use 1.21 Gigawatts of power.
