to cut a long story short. My laptop fell of the couch and the screen is broke. I phoned Fujitsu and asked about the warranty to see if I could get it fixed, they told me that the warranty doesn't cover accidental damage.
I was told I would have to pay if I wanted it fixed. Around £200 f**k that. The laptop was bought through a scheme at work.
Does anyone have any info or work in this line of business? Are they right or is there something I can throw at them to get it done free?
