Right its time to drop to subfame..

I know there the 4 big bolts as well as the two triangular pieces with 3 bolts each in them.

Any thing else i should remove. Where are the bolts holding the steering rack on located?

Are'nt the rack bolts on top of the rack... Bolting down into the subframe? Some either side. (Apologies if im wrong i may be thinking of another car)

I haven't got a clue. Just don't want to drop it and break something.

You dont need to drop the whole subframe dude. Drop the strut off the passenger side, undo the 2 subframe bolts that side and the 2 support brackets then just loosen the drivers side a couple of turns and lever the subframe down. It'll feel like you're bending it but its fine. Drop it about a foot or so and the box just fits through the gap.

Thats the way I did it and others have too. Saves the hassle when the captive bolts spin after a few turns, because they will.

Easy enough to do if its a straight swap, mines been a major pain in the scrot though.
