gota wee square about 4 x4 " just below thw bullte on the right door, if i rubb it down with 1000 grit and relaquer thesquare, and finish with a good buff will it do the job?

you'll break through the paint before you feather back the hard line of the laquer.

will need basecoat and laquer

ideally you should paint all the bottom of the door and blow it in by the door strip. if you just try blow it in a little patch it will just flake and look s**t over time
