Leak

I seem to have a screan wash leak, the car's parked on a slope on the drive , so it's trickling down and coming out on the front splitter?

Ive cheaked to see if it was overlowing , it look's fine!

It smells like screan wash , not coolent.

Any ideas how to stop it?

Also i filled up the coolent to max last friday , and it's gone down, ( enough to notice ) do they/should they use that much?

Coolent shouldn't drop at all check the rad and the pipes for holes.

If its a 172 the washer tansk can crack and leak new ones the only real fix. IF not check the connectros on the tank.

Look at it for leeks.

172 and 182 are much the same cars same problems.

It's not coming out of the headlight washers is it (you should be able to see where it's run down from them? Mine had that for a little bit and then fixed itself a couple of months later....
