LED Heads

Is there anyway to take a set of standard white 6mm led's which I have pre-wired and connect them to a controller that can give them functionality other than static?

For example a chase function.

you would need them all wired back to the controller individually but other than that it should be quite easy

other than that you going to need to knock up a circuit for what you want
