Back when these were new my dads mate had one built specifically for him because ford wouldnt give him one!
He regularly beat roger Clarke even though he was an amatuer, but that ended when he got greedy with a second place and stacked it into a lake!

I think my dad said the car had around 240bhp, which 30 odd years ago was a lot of powers!
