Due to this dickhead on the motorway pullin out into my lane as he couldnt stop(vtr driver). This caused me to swerve to miss and hit an alpha romeo!Its in richard wright bodyshop repairs stafford now and shoul be done for the weeken. Havin a new alloy, bumper, wing, headlight and door straightened.

That should make you feel a little better - new wing, zenon, bumper, bonnet needed. Done by some dappy wench running a red light AND it was only 6 days old from brand spanking new!!!!

yeh, crashes r the worst! my old 306 had a terrible life, it was written off b4 i got it and i techically rote it off, bcoz the amount of times it had to b re-repaired (under warrenty) could have cost the ins. company in excess of the value of the car! i went thru 4 front offside wheel barings, at £250 a piece! dont ever deal with nationwide crash repair (CARDIFF) or dutton foreshaw, colchester avenue (CARDIFF) coz believe me, their a nightmare at getting round to fixing yor car. i had a newstyle 1.0 litre corsa courtesy car off nationwide crash repair for 2months- ended up doing 1500miles in it! and sumhow i got 112mph out of it on the M6 (downhill ofcourse)

so the moral of the story is, either dont crash, or if u do, go to small garages, that care more about the customer!!!

My mate just got his corsa back from the big vauxhall dealership on the Wirral its been away 3 months and the damage was only some bent suspension work and new alloy. My car was away being repaired for almost two months from the Big Renault dealership on the Wirral. So I wouldnt say a big garge is better there almost all usless IMO.

I got a Micra (old shape) courtesy car though which is one down from a Corsa did about 2.5k in it had some good points the car but not many. 100mph fully loaded in one is amazing. How you get 112 out of that corsa though must have been a big hill

if i still had the photos of when i stackedmy last motor bike, i would put them up, but lost them in the last move. came into a corner too quick, layed it down and put it through an old wooden bush shelter. fortunately no one was in it, caused meself gravel rash tho!

Somebody should post up a picutre of Desmondos car in Brussels last year.

A few of us went out site seeing and Desmondo and a few others went to the Nurburgring. Well rich (Desmondo) set off for the first corner and his 172 didnt the famous lift off over steer into the Armco barriers..

How gutted would you be if you had got to one of the best driving roads and then stacked it on the first corner and then had to pay for the barrier for hitting it ???
