Lightened Flywheel

Im replacing the clutch on my cup racer while the engine is out and i wondering if a lightened flywheel wheel would be of any real benifit, The standard flywheel doesnt seem to be very heavy anyway.

Does anyone have a experiances of light flywheels on 172's? Do you loose alot of low down torque?
