Hey everyone, I own a 2001 1.2 Renault Clio Expression and have had many issues. One of which, is that every time it rains the coilpack light comes on when I turn on the ignition and start the engine, and the car goes into limp mode. I have to turn on/off the ignition about 6 times for it to go away and then its disappears. Even when I havn't driven the car and its been sat on the drive, a passing rain shower can start the problem.
I would really appreciate some help as I plan to sell the car next month after spending loads on replacing alternator, cambelt, water pump, starter motor, headgasket etc. The car has cost me loads and I cant spend any more money on it, best option is to sell it now.
