local cars getting keyed? car cover needed?

hmmmm well my mums car got keyed on our drive on friday night and on tuesday night about 12 cars got keyed all down our road. Anywho im very tempted to buy a car cover but not sure if itll be any good? It may look out of place as no one on our road uses one :s

Any way opinions please? will this be any help? also anyone know of any good ones that arnt going to scratch my car etc

Getting a shotgun would probably be a better idea to keep those jelaous pik** b**tards away!! but as others have said if someone wants to damage your car they just will :/

hmmm yer i was thinking that it may draw more attention. even if people decide they just wana nick the cover oh well. its really annouying coz i wana use my pc buffer but im now worryied to incase they see it as 'more shinny'

my mate just went to this local bloke who owns a haulage company with loads of warehouses and asked,
now he rents an area of lockup off him for 60 a month. keeps his mag featured vr6 there.

My drive goes up the side of my house and into the back garden.

Imo my friend id not bother, i dont think it would deter just make the t***s curious, my neighbour had one over his car, and out of all the cars along our row, his was the only one to have been done, its sad but nowadays its just a case of hoping they dont do yours, as theres no deterent for them you will also find now kids are off for easter there out till all hours drinking white lighting and trying to impress there friends and see what damage they can cause, lets just hope they dont do mine as im sure there english teachers will find it hard to set them any essay's as writing with no hands is a tad hard...

The garage itself was £2300 fully erected. but thats without the 9inch concrete base!

As of permission, Never had a problem.

Nebdingo - Looks nice mate. I know I can't really tell the size from the pictures but it looks a bit tight to get in the left side (as you look at the pic) without going on the grass! lol, I might be being silly and you might not even use that side.

Cover will just draw attention, if you are really worried park it round the corner or something.
