Locked out of my Clio 172

  172
So basically i've been ill for a couple of weeks and the battery in my 2003 172 has gone flat and hence the remote will not open my car. The passenger side lock only spins when i put it in the lock. Basically i need to get to the battery under the bonnet!

I've heard that you can either pay someone to break into the car or take the bumper and grill off(i dont feel confident enough or have the tools to do this) so basically is there any way to either break into the car or the bonnet? Would something like a coat hanger get me into a 172?

Thanks for reading and i hope that you can help me!

There is a way of cracking a window runner clip and sliding it down.. Try a quick search, it did pop up a week or so ago.

DONT BREAK THE GLASS!!!

if you peel the seal off around the bottom of the drivers window and let it hang you can knock the clip off that holds your window on the regulator.

then take your window off the regulator, slide it down carefully and get your keys or open the door. re-assemble and done with no damage what so-ever!
