Locking an iPad so it can only access certain things

Hi Guys,

Is there a way to lock an iPad so users can only open specific apps. We are going to be installing some iPads wall mounted and we only want users to be able to access 3 apps, is there a way to do this?

Also is there a way to reboot the iPad without touching the power/lock button?
