Locking Wheel Bolts

Just bought a Ph1 172 and the socket for the locking wheel bolts wasn't with the car when I bought it

Do all locking bolts need different sockets?

Yes. They can be ordered from Renault but its fairly expensive and takes a while for them to be delivered IIRC.
Take it to a tyre place, ask if they can get them out without damaging the wheels. They might have a tool to do it or might use a chisel and nudge them round till they come out.

think i used a 14mm 12 sided socket and hammered it on then just undid them lol
