longer wheel bolts

im going to be running 10mm spacers on the rear and 5mm spacers on the front. i have found some bolts on ebay but there is a fair bit of choice. i was wondering if...

- the thread is right?
- what lenght bolt for 10mm spacer?
- what length bolt for 5mm spacer?
- what is fixed 60 degrees and loose 60 degrees?
