loud nova policy

i dont mind people cherishing their cars, even some novas look quite nice, but when a nova is in front of me with a loud exhaust and lots of bass which is ruining the pleasure of my drive and my real music in my civilised car, i just feel uncontrolably compelled to toast them, i cant stop myself.

does anyone else suffer from this disorder or is it just me, im concerned that its gonna spread to saxos and old cavaliers too. is there a way of controling this?

I am not an insurance person though.. seriously I HATE INSURANCE.. although I am becoming a bit of an old codger now (24 going on 25) so insurance aint tooo bad for me.

Well im trying to do my best, decided on no mods for my car now which will save me a bit, and driving a lot slower as i cant afford to crash. As long as im not paying over 3k for a Cups insurance i wont mind.
