Low entry trolley jacks ?

Been after one for a while as it bugs me when I have to jack the back up, then axle stand the rear beam, then hope the back's up far enough to pop the front up .. and as I'm moving out soon, I'll need my own jack anyway !

Found this 1.250 tonne 80mm entry bad boy on machine mart for £91...

Had a look about on ebay (which I hate with a passion) & amazon and they only seem to come up with ~£200 2-3 ton jacks !

Anyone got a good one ? Or any ideas where to save a bit of cash and get one..?

Halfords sell one for like £50 i think, its a little small but certainly capable of jacking up a clio.

Edit: Or at least they did, checked website and can only seem to see normal ones, Try driving it up a brick or slab first?

Yeah. I've had enough of being a chav ... only took a week.

Pfft... Lifting the regular household trolley jack we got in the garage (allbeit off the floor, over a wheel/mudguard of the caterham, and whilst perched on some unstable toolboxes/other sh*t) normally almost pops my back out. I have a pathetically weak lower back !

Might remote control that new one though .. saves my back, and have some fun at the same time haha !
