I decided to change the alternator and auxbelt and tensioner after finding out that the alternator broke ait it upper hold point.
but as things never go as planned on a Renault i guess
Apparently the bracket itself also broke!
I have no idea how long it has been like this but i think i am lucky to catch it before the auxbelt snapted or jumped of and caused even more damage...
kinda sucks as I plan on going on a fun rally next weekend but i guess ill have to cancel that one.
I do have Cup brackets but not belt or alternator so that's gonna be tight to source.
Anybody else had this happen? It seems so odd to happen.
