lowering 2007 clio

  2007 1.5 DCI (86)
Hi.
So i have found lowering springs that fit my 2007 DCI clio for around £150 but I am not confident enough to fit them myself and the only place I can find to fit them charges another £150.
How hard are they to fit, what do I need to do it, how long does it take and can anyone in the Norwich area help?
Thanks.
Nick.

Dci is just like a 172 suspension wise in terms of where and how to do the changing.

As for time to fit depend how well equipt/motivated/knowledged you are can do them say 1.5 hours the rear are very easy 10 mins maybe just undo two bolt lift the car then lower it. The front arnt that difficuolt though.

If you've never done it or anything similar say 4 hours maybe but make sure if you get stuck you have someone to call etc.

Hmm.
Thats made me less sure about doing it myself.
I get what you have to do, there's just no way I would be able to do it.
Thanks anyway though.
Would you just say pay £150 and get a Pro to do it?

150 is to much, find a small garage who will do it for cash. Normal going cash rate is about £75 or less.

Springs on clios are very easy to change with the correct tools.
