Lowering and Insurance

  1.6 Focus, 1.6 122S

ill be switching insurance companies soon, after I have lowered my car. Most kits seem to be either 35mm or 60mm and im going for the 60mm drop.
Problem is that a few insurance companies I have rang allow a maximum of a 50mm drop, which would void my insurance surely?

I read on here a few time that if a kit says 60mm it wont always drop it taht much, so could I measure, drop, measure and if the difference is less than 50mm and it can be proved, im in the clear,,, yea?

Dont start....

With 17s, cat-back, -40mm springs and colour coded bumpstrips didnt cost any extra with them.

And their renewal price is £200 cheaper than anyone else so far.

Fair enough, i personally will admit to have been a very bad driver, but that changed since i wrote my car off, since then, ive taken extra lessons/courses and now fully respect the car, the law, the road and other users. I know im not experienced so i dont try to act it either.

was this before or after the Reading meet where you seemed to think it would be a good idea to leave a gap youd be hard pressed to get a nats c**k in, between the rear bumper of my car and front one on yours?

Before. Sorry if you feel i was tailgating. I personally dont like having other drivers trying to get into my boot so I leave a reasonable, and safe gap infront on me.

If i was too close I apoligize.
