Cheapest option would be springs. Something like H&R

These will drop it around 30mm on standard shocks. Bit of a compromise really as they are a bit crashy as they are not progressive, but do give a nice 'stance'

Next (better) option would be coilovers

Start at around £800 for the better ones (KW, H&R) etc These replace all the springs and standard shocks with a matched set. You can adjust the height to suit.

Fitting springs or coilovers you're looking around 2/3hrs labour. 197/200's are a b*****d, you aint really doing them on the drive, unless your handy with the spanners and have all the gear etc
